Further on the argument whether we are short on KPP's or not.
Let's apply some numbers and %'s.
On the field you need approx. 7 Kpp's on match day. That is FF, CHF, FP, CHB, Ruck, interchange ruck and 3rd up key back or 3rd tall (the interchange ruck can also be this 3rd tall, or the resting ruckman can also fill this role). So we can sort of agree that on match day you need 7 talls or KPP's. 7 out of 22 is 31.8%.
From our list of 42 31.8% equals 13.36, lets make it 14. In other words to have a good balance of talls we need to have 14 of them within our playing list of 42.

If you draw the line between Thursfield and Oakley Nicholls as the line that seperates KPP's and mediums, then you will see that we have in effect 16 KPP's, in excess of the 14 required.
Now let's see how our developing KPP's compare. Based on age it would be fair to say that we have approx. 21 players in the developing stage (that is 21 years or under). Everyone under Kelvin Moore below I have as development players. Therefore 31.8% of 21 equals 6.67 => 7. In other words, to have a good balance of KPP's within our development bunch we need at least 7. In effect we have 8, which is a fair balance IMO.

In summary, based on purely who is categorised as KPP, our list contains a good balance of KPP's as compared to runners/midfielders/mediums, in both the list as a whole and within our developing players/kids under 21. Whether they are of the sufficient quality is another question and time will tell but in terms of numbers it seems about right.
