sheesh theres so many feral sooks about the place. they act as if its a shock we are where we are at. i tell ya what feral sooks you are shockers if you had used your brains and looked critically at structure player type skills player deficiency and system you would not be grunting like stuck pigs. what did we really expect and why now do you want to throw the baby out with the bath water. sheesh wake up to yourselves.
ask yourselves what is patently wrong and what needs to be done to overcome what is wrong.
list what needs to be done with an eye to the future. list whats wrong list whats right and go from there. to me skills structure and type is killing us.
the lack of how does one say it protecting your teammate is deplorable one percenters are an afterthought. we got smashed inside when it counted our skills killed us and we were undersized in most positions. the lack of system and defensive structure is just beyond belief. the lack of big bodies and physicality is dumbfounding. the lack of chasing accountability and tackling well its like its always been since wallace has been there.
i remember a wallace quote. we concentrate on our strengths rather than our weaknesses ya know what it shows.
personally i think we have some players to work with but getting player type and structure right and enough skills into the team is paramount. size speed smarts skills height toughness development you need a balance of it all.
we also have to realise and accept we are in REBUILD MODE STILL and play kids. one thing though by surrounding our kids with the right player type we dont necesarily have to throw them to the wolves. so cmon people what can we do to dramatically improve.
