1. handball to anyone you see
2. They handball it back to you
3. then you handball it to someone else.
4. they kick it 30m backwards
5. Then handball backwards to a bloke standing still with a couple of opponents surrounding him
6. Now run through the middle and roost the ball high up in the air to the littlest bloke you can see.
Thats how it seemed. Couldve been the worst performance I have ever seen. Salvage some credibility and walk away Tez.

Has Terry lost the players? Is his message losing its effect? Have the players lost all faith in the gameplan and themselves?
If yes to any or all of these then TW has to go for the sake of the club and current players. They are shattered, can't play footy and it is destroying everyone who supports the club.

According to his Press Conference today, Terry has only just found out that we have a lot of players with poor skills/decision making. We are apparently going to cull our list and replace them with skilled players. That's funny, I'm sure you said that when you were initially appointed. I'm sure you reiterated that during your 1st,2nd,3rd,4th and now 5th and final year. Problem is Terry, YOU keep picking them to play. YOU are the one responsible for accepting the current player standards. YOU are the one who develops and maintains Game Plans. YOU are responsible if the Game Plan doesn't work. YOU are the one who alters Game Plans as a result of injuries or an opposition player running hot. YOU are the one who has to adapt the Gameplan to suit the players that we have. No matter how you look at it Terry, you are mainly responsible for the RFC being 1-6 and going backwards. I am sick of your spin, pointless stats and passing the buck.
And the worst thing about being the worst team in the competition is that even if we finish bottom, Melbourne will probably only win 4 games and get the priority draft pick. So Richmond could finish last 2 out of the 3 last seasons and have not received a priority draft pick which both the Blues & the Dees will gain this benefit. Go figure!

is it mediocrity now? if you're mediocre at something aren't you still 'ok' at it. We are absolute garbage, it's embarrassing now, it's depressing now, Terry it's time to go NOW!!!! At least if sheeds took over for 12-15 weeks then we could perhaps get some dignity and maybe a thread of respect from other clubs and supporters. I work with an Essendon supporter who was going through the fixture and seeing that they're playing us 'well that will be a win' any other year I'd think 'yeah buddy well don't be so sure' now there's nothing surer than an Essendon win. They will smash us and make us look 3rd rate. It won't be dreamtime at the G for us.... it will be nightmare at the G.

I've always said (especially when the anti Richo clan get out the knives) that I can handle losing, I don't even particularly give a stuff about a premiership....all I want is a team full of guys that have a rip roaring go (just like Richo).
If we still lose, cos we're just not good enough, then so be it.

A few positives the Richmond brand can hold it's head up to, is selling newspapers, and the telecommunication companies having racked up revenue from Richmond ferals ringing up talkback radio.
