I was just listening to AW and Sheahan and Russell were talking about Judd coming home to Vic. They were asking Pagan his opinion on whether carlton should give up picks 1 or picks 1 and 3 or pick 3 and a player etc for Judd.

Now, I thought that you can't give up a priority pick. ie. it's not tradeable?

Am i right or are they?
