I VERY much doubt it-this "career coach" has not got what you would call an impressive CV-drove the Cats to the bottom-and jumped ship-then drove Crows to the bottom-who consequently finished top 4 the next year. Sheedy and Essendon can have him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually this could be an interesting match. From all accounts, Ayres has always been too abrasive with his players and eventually he has lost their support. This has always been Sheedy's strength, sometimes to the detriment of the side whenever another of his "love-children" isn't good enough to get a game on merit.

It could be interesting at Windy Hill this year. What will Ayres make of Henneman and Joel Reynolds? How will Sheedy react when they come crying to him for support?

This has the potential to be a very volatile relationship.
