Think about this -

Why put forward seemingly obvious solutions to the Tigers problems on and off the field?
Why rant and rave about how insipid our 2nd half performance was?
Why tell the truth about the coaches game plan?
Why tell the truth about some of our players lack of skill?

Because nobody in senior management at the Richmond Footbal Club listens that's why!

For we are only the paying members the supporters who buy Richmond merchandise - who help fund this club - year in and year out - but still no one listens.

When do they want to know us - when it is the AGM and board election time - that's when they talk to us but again they never listen.

PS....have a good rant and rave it helps get that sick feeling in the pit of your stomach out........

Believe it or not, before the game tonight I thought that if we won I was still hopeful we could string a few wins together, and who knows. . . . given how even the competition is this year I thought we were still a chance to rebound our season. You can call me the extreme optimist or whatever.

After tonight I have officially given up.

Felt sorry for the kid they showed on the tv that was balling his eyes out. Must admit it made me angry seeing this and I hope they show this footage to the players so that they can put their performance into perspective. I'm fed up, sick and tired of losing.

The players understand, please give me a break, I seriously doubt the players themselves understand anything. Are they hurting, are they really hurting inside themselves and do they have any anger towards themselves and their team mates for being so soft. I don't think showing a young kid crying his eyes out would make any difference I really don't.

The entire Richmond Football Club from President down right now is nothing more than a disorganised rabble, leaderless, no direction, no vision, no nothing.

This Mid Year Review had better be good otherwise I for one will be more than happy to see the coach, football department staff, players etc gone, but I'll also be happy to get rid of this current Board who are overseeing this fiasco.

Not to late for the kid to change clubs for the sake of his long term health. Won't make one stretch of difference to the players. They just dont give a stuff.

No mate - I went outside in the cold frosty air up here in Queanbeyan and swore and kicked the patio furniture around.

Even my Old English Sheepdog was that scared he went and hid in his kennel - I felt better after it - but that nagging bitter pain in the guts still lingers......

Poor ol dads been caught on tv subjecting mental and emotional abuse on his two boys.

He'll be getting a visit from DHS some time this week i reckon.
