The best part about watching Lloyd of then and comparing him to the current is the distress and pain on his face when talks about Richmond and also when he talks about Essendon. GOLD

I would love to be able to get somebody on the sunday footy show like brown to get them to replay it with Purple and Lloyd there

Wasn't it our home game this year n we didn't get to unfurl the flag? Might b Carlscums home game round one next year.
Would b kinda fun if we got to unfurl our two flags in front of Eddie n Colonwood as our first home game.

Just goes to show how cheap words are. Actions & results are all that matters & that’s what we’ve done. The challenge now is to add one further flag from this group in the next two seasons. No reason we can’t keep contending.

Watching that piece made me realise what great pundits Lloyd and Barrett are with their insight! When they get reminded of this piece I trust they will cringe with embarrassment although I doubt as their conceit is too great

I would love us to unfurl our 2019 Flag against Cartoon in Round 1 and our 2020 Flag against the Flogpies in Round 2!!

Aside from Lynch, we have been really quiet on that front. We will never be a bigger draw card than now.

Are we doing the right thing? Personally I'd lure younger key forwards or backs.

I wouldn't just sit and do NO trades.

Yes - we invest heavily in youth and our premierships (particularly the first two) were built on the energy of young or inexperienced players.

One of our secrets is that youth plus experience is a powerful force - I think Port understand this and they went close to making the big dance this year.
