PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

Richmond is three and a half from nine. We have been in good nick since our turning point game IMO - the Collingwood game. Since then we're two and a half of six. Not bad for a spooner. Played probly first and second come year's end in that time.

Anybody who saw the Pie game as a turning point should have made a poultice off the Freo game. But let's face it none of us did.

Since then we've been good at the line and ridiculously generously priced at times. We were -19.5 against Esserden. I'm pretty sure Esserden is that side with Mother Theresa bathing their wounds. Rightly frightened of Melbourne.

Course we got rolled the week before at the line. Or at least I did. That nightmare, Leysy probably robbed the bookies for two points and the loot.

Right now I reckon we're headed into a rich stream of value.

Forget last year. We were worthy spooners. But even Wallace's baggers (I'm one of them) respect his ability to get a side over the line for a tactical win.

This Sydney game is season over for Richmond if we lose. And maybe career for Wallet. It's tactically winnable. Sydney is not Geelong. Or Hawthorn (at least w/o Hall and Kennelly). We'll start near five bucks. We travel fine. And we're +27.5 at the line.

You losing the odd slab to a Collingwood supporter? Forget to ring your Esserden mates? Maybe you're still recovering from last year. Or one of the twenty odd before. Or. All of them.

It's value time, brethren.

And before you think - hey, that Dyer'ere makes some limited sense but he's always wrong - think about this: it's my birthday coming up. ;D

The Tiges are value. Get on board for the profits. Save at the line if you wanna. (Do it all year against the sides above us.) But tee off this week. Why not take a little margin. Or a big one?

I'm too close to get the Tiges to get a feelin about them. Bit this week I gotta feelin 'bout the money. Get some.

A-hey-men.
