ben cousins needs to start been a real tiger

Considering his every move is discussed, dissected and photographed by journos, can you imagine what they'd read into, and report on anything he said? I think his distance from the media is a smart and strategic move. He has some major hurdles to overcome and is getting on with the business of getting back into footy. His performances will do the talking.

Anybody else hear Fatprick Smith's personal moral standards about Cuz on SEN this morning?

what did the donut eating idiot cry about now?

Not comfortable about Cousins profiting from his drug taking so will not watch the documentary (as Cousins reps are hawking it around the industry).

A caller quite rightly pointed out that Smith would actually have to watch it in his role as an (alleged) sports journalist

After a few callers and KB kept on disagreeing with him, I'm sure I heard him say....'yeah maybe I'll watch it' ...........

I was a little disapointed with Ben at the family day, i was standing at the front of the tent which he went into to sighn autographes after getting off the golf cart,when some young kids approached him to get an autograph ,he just blew them off. You could see the diapointment on there face, i actually thought you arogant p#ick. He may be doing a documentry, but i hope he dosnt forget whom it was that gave him his chance and are supporting him through his come back and rehabilitation. ??? ???

Iknow rosy...I shouldnt but bugger it....

So topher....you have been a premiership player and have won a brownlow eh?

let me remind you.....

"he who had not sinneth let him cast the first stone......"

It seems that you're assuming that Ben's story will all be about his drug taking ... what if the story is about his rehab and the challenges he has faced since his story was plastered all over the news. If this helps other addicts or helps prevent others from getting addicted then I don't see any issue with Ben gaining income from this doco - especially given he was earning next to nothing last year and this year he's on a very low salary for a player of his capability.

btw ... I actually think that the AFL was wrong with their assertation that Ben brought the game into disrepute. Noone was brought into disrepute but Ben himself and he's the one who has to deal the addiction and the effects of it ... noone else.

Honestly, who would care what this excuse for a supposed journalist actually thinks. The biggest wannabe ever.
