Ben Cousins has the kind of personality that teammates will love, his loud and friendly nature will see him settle right in with the boys quickly and he will win over supporters easily once people meet him.
Dermie made a similar point on radio the other day "Ben Cousins is a genuinely outstanding, nice fellow... and I think most footballers are pricks".

Jack Riewoldt is one of my favourite players because he's a confident extrovert - well Cousins is even better in this regard and we definitely need more of this at our club.
