Well if anyone other than Foley wins it best be Richo because I think there would be an up roar if he (Foley) doesn't.

Here's some telling stats. Foley was clearly our best player this year.

Maybe they are giving Richo one because he's never won it?
 
They better get it right this year.

It better no be another *smile* - up like Simmo missing it last year.

As much as I love Richo - He should be a happy runner up.

I was being slightly sarcastic, I couldn't figure which smiley to use...

I hope Foley wins it but you never know what the coach asks the players to do and how they judge that.

Perhaps Patto will win it because he played mostly out of position when he played.... who knows, who will reign supreme.... find out after the break... ;D
 
I am a tiger supporter with few ambitions this year, except for Deledio to finish in the top 10 so that Walls cannot continue to say he has "never finished in the top 10 in the best and fairest."
And after all he has only been at the club for 2 years, and probably finished 11 and 12th.
 
Has the Captain announced who is being cut from the list yet ?

Connors Best RFC player at Coburg

In junior footy it usually went to the tryhard kids who couldnt lace up their boots, but they were there every week.

Are you actually serious.

The people who select must give someone else the votes thinking everyone else is voting for the BEST player( Foley).

so in effect if they all do that - the 2nd best player actually wins the award.





I am staggered even more than Simmo not getting it if this happens.
 
Patto deserved something. Played nearly every match out of position and out classed yet never gave up. Never really shamed himself either.
