Looks like the Netsky virus has evolved again. Just remember this sucker comes to you in attachment form via email and has various subject headings.One of the most common is a subject heading saying that your mail was undeliverable. The latest strain becomes active just by selecting, not opening the infected email. My suggestion, be very cautious at them moment of any emails with attachments. If you have a firewall, block TCP ports 5556 & 5557 as these are the viruses listener ports.
