;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

"Poise and Composure" Brian Taylor 10/5/03 on Triple M football as Bidders kicks his first goal.

As a very PROUD President of the Bidders Fan Club I would like to say thanks Bidders ;)

When the Bombers were coming back at us and we desperately needed a goal just before half time - Craig Biddescombe did not let us down. In the 3rd Bidders took us back to 2000 when he kicked a 50 metre plus goal. Onya Bidders.

Now before all of my learned colleagues on this board start carrying on about it is only one game. He had a good day - next week he'll revert back to ....blah blah... The fact is he stood yesterday when we needed him.

And for that .....this President says WELL DONE BIDDERS

A president's job is never done: ;)

Kicks = 11

Handballs = 2

marks = 7

Clearances = 1

Clangers = 1

Tackles = 1

Goals = 2

Game Time = 75 minutes

Hmmm......not bad not bad at all ;D ;D ;D

Apologies to Craig. I have been a solid campaigner to give him the flick.

Now while one good game doesn't make a champion, he played a great game and kicked a massive goal. He kicked it from 55 and it went at least 5 rows back in the crowd. To me that would make it a 65 meter punt.

He almost looked as good as when he was flying in 2000 and early 2001.

Well done bidders.

You're only as good as your last game KL. ;)

I also was on his back, even said he was one of the worst playersin the AFL along wiht Clinton King on Bigfooty. I give him my apologies and would like to thank him for standing up and being counted.

I know it was only one game.

But gee I watched Bidders at training today and it's incredible what a solid performance can do for a blokes confidence. Last time I saw him train was for Coburg and he looked like he was carrying the weight of the PRE Forum on his shoulders ;D. But today he was relaxed and just kicking and running and enjoying himself.

Go Bidders ;)
