Exactly WT. I'm sure the Swans kept a copy of the Archer incident very handy. The tribunal has been inconsistant all year. That's the real problem. Why should Hall and Sydney be the scapegoats?

most posts on this topic seem to be very pro hall because most of you want to see the best against the best rubbish.

by agreeing with the AFLs latest decision of allowing Hall to play i think you are effectively saying that Sydney need him to win a match of footy. Think of how much of a greater win it would of been had sydney won without Bazza.

sure, it would be sad and yes i would feel that way too about him sitting out THE biggest day of any players career but FFS! the system has failed every player this year who has been rubbed out for lesser offences.

Bazza did admit to a deliberate action so .... not only can you now punch someone in the stomach but you can now DELIBERATELY punch someone in the stomach. All i can say is richmond and all other clubs should keep a replay of this incident handy.

if ever there was a vindication for thinking that the afl wants sydney to win a premiership... or whatever angle you wanna paint the decision, theres no dressing up this farce.

blx are you blind? Have you read the other posts on this thread that talk about Archers incidents? Weren't they deliberate punches? And the bloke didn't even get cited. Get over it.

agree WT, i have read those post and it just backs up my point that the AFL judicial system is a #$%&^* joke. Makes you wonder what he would of had to do to actually get rubbed out.
