With us recruiting Cleaver last year and Cousin Jack recently I am wondering if Patto is going to be a CHF or ruck. If we play Riewoldt, Hughes and Schulz in the forward line does Patto play as a ruck man?
I think he's going to be a good player - 6.6, big body, courageous, decent tank - with improving kicking skills.
I believe our lack of drafting a ruck man could open up a spot for Patto as a back up to Simmonds. At the moment we have only the Python lover and Chainsaw Knobel as genuine ruckmen.
Obviously we have the budding journalist Angus Graham as a rookie but we do have a shortage of ruck stocks.
