I am not a regular blogger on any websites – but I am incredibly incensed this year by the media’s treatment of the RFC, in particular the Herald Sun. These big noting, uneducated, and cowardly journalists are hell bent on disrupting and sabotaging any progress at our great Club. Its time as a supporter base we take a stand.
Boycott the Herald Sun; do not buy it, do not read it, do not log onto their website.
There is an estimated 400,000 plus RFC supporters in this country – I dare say half of you buy or read this paper more than 3 times a week. Stop that now, no more.
Furthermore when you see Barrett, Sheahan, and Robinson around, heckle them like they heckle our Club. Insult them and disrupt them like they do to the RFC. Hassle them at work and in play like they do to our players and coaches. Let’s make them feel the wrath of the Tigers. Our massive supporter base can make an impact.
We Tigers need to stick together – there is nothing more tigerish than a wounded tiger. RFC are wounded, have been for 25 years plus. It’s time to put an end to this rubbish and ALL stand up together as one. Together we can make an impact.
