You're kidding right?

I reckon he heard more footsteps and avoided more contests in the Adelaide game than Pettifer did in the last three seasons combined.

The play-on showboating snaps from marks inside 50 have to stop too. He's even passed on that little cancer to Browny.. not cool, Mitch. Not cool.

Morton's getting a free ride at the moment. I'm surprised Terry has let him get away with it. Don't be surprised if he lines up for the Burgers next week.

Looks like the boot-up-the-arse that being traded gave him lasted precisely until the guy he was competing for a spot with got knee injury. I can now see why the coasters traded the soft, lazy, unaccountable, showboating, jib.

OUCH!!

But I do get it....not as harsh as you though........but he is showing some worrying signs after a very good debut with an new club. Can cope with some up and down of form - he's human, but some of the soft and reckless efforts are what concerning me. Save that til the form is on the board first.

On Brad Moran - I've had him in my Dreamteams for a couple of years - was statistically pretty good in patches and have followed him through a number of injuries. Would have been very happy to get the Schulz deal through with Port so we could have picked (meant to say traded) for Moran. He does have some "X" factor!

The lesson that we learn is that we give talls, especially ultra talls until 24yo to click.

Last year, as I recall, many dismissed Moran because he hadn't clicked.
Many were amazed that North, at the time, could use a first round draft pick on him.

For me, if you find a junior ruckman that ticks all the boxes of attributes & behaviours for being a top ruckman, go ahead, draft him with a first round pick.

Top class ruckmen, as we've seen, are as rare as hens' teeth.
And give him / them until 24yo to click.

North took him in 2004 with pick 58.
