*We got to improve. For us to improve we have to make the 8.If not it comes back on the coaching staff.Need a good start in the nab cup.The nab cup will be a mix of older and young.Richo might play rnd 1 but may not play rnd 2.

Interesting. Didn't Royal acceptted an assistant role at Freo late last season?. but it got knocked back at the last minute. W.Campbell took his role so they made Brian the forward coach?
If that is the case sounds like he doesn't have much faith in our progress this season. Trying to Jump out before being the ship goes down

IIRC thats not exactly what happened. I think he decided he needed a change and explored the possibility with Fremantle then Wallace offered to change his role to fwd line coach. Fremantle may have knocked him back or not offered him the contract he wanted, I can't remember.

Both parties were interested. They "couldn't agree on terms", read into that what you will.

Terry said as much in that sp927 interview that Cuz may not play NAB round 1 but beyond that is a possibility.

Just listened to that now.

Great interview, good work mate.

I would have thought Cuz playing against his old team mates might generate more interest.

Either way I'd go if we play in Melbourne.

If Cuz puts in a stellar game it'd be also good to see the scum fans turn on the fat-arsed one for letting him go.
