Brown or Kerr? What do we need?

West Coast have done well.

They keep Pick 18 back in 2000, use ti to win a flag, then plan to cash it in for picks 4 + 10 in 2008.

Meanwhile, we trade pick 17 in 2001, it gives us 4-5 years of service, then retires.

Dead end.

What will we do in 2008?

Stand corrected if true, thought in the main it was ecstacy.

lol @ echidna's wtf.
It was probably both, but the discussion on the phone was discussion the disassociative effects of ketamine. If you've ever watched Being John Malkovic, it's like that.

I don't get it either, but if you look at the label on a vial of ketamine from a vet then it says "For cats, dogs and echidnas"

If WC r serious about trading him they'll have to accept a pick around 5-10 & one around 10-15.
They simply wont get anymore for him in this climate.

Purely on football terms leysy would look make Tambling part of the trade.
He's a guy that might have some legitimate currency in the west where his game is suited.
However, Richie's done a lot for the club on the funding side of things so it's be very difficult to trade him.

So Daniel wont be at RFC simply because we dont anyone we can afford to trade that'll get us a 2nd highish pick.

On Daniel himself, his 3 years till this season have been elite & easily on par with Judd ILO.
His supposed social life isnt a concern either. He trains & plays hard which what counts to leysy.

The thing thats a turn off is his small frame having already played 155 tough hard in & under games. He would only have maybe 100 left.
We're just not at the stage to give up real early picks for a guy with only that much football left.

Good post.
We'll have to agree to disagree on the Judd comparison though.
Kerr was very, very good but he's a notch below CJ's class IMO.
