Dangerflop in disguise?Dress shoes with no socks = flog.
Looked like he just threw it onWhy is Danger dressed like a clown?
Well deserved by Neale. Clearly the stand out player in the competition this year. Killed it.
Good to see Steele up there too. Something about him I like.
Missed by only "that" much!Agree...very good footballer.
We picked Matt Arnott 3 picks before Neale in their draft...whoops! Can't get them all right.
Yer, would have loved us to grab him instead of the Aints. Would have been the missing piece in our midfield extension then but we have done 'alright' with Prestia, Caddy and the rapidly developing Shai.BT, I went to a RFC draft night the year of Steele's draft and spoke to Francis Jackson who said to me he was a huge fan of Jack's and after interviewing him shook his hand and said "see you in 2 years" as Jack was tied to GWS academy
Is he rumoured to be going to the Moggs too? Or would just like to? Can't blame him given the team he's the captain of.Big max Gawn grew up a tigers fan but wants the cats to win the GF - I don’t get it??
That was then ... This is now. Still not convinced by his current form - a lucky kick off the ground. Then good enough to convert from a free. Well done. But a couple of fortunate goals does not a full 100% game make IMO.Strange how everybody has been on Lambert’s back this year.....2 best on grounds after 6 rounds ain’t bad.
In fairness, yes, I’m surprised too.....
Great post, Lee. Says it all about the AFL, umpires and the Brownlow really. One might reasonably have expected us and Collingwood to swap places based on games won

Reckon the umpires shouldn't be allowed to look at the stats sheets before voting. They only started doing it because they were getting a bake after blokes missed votes with 40 possessions. As a result, stats models have it down pat and the market is very accurate. TBH I wouldn't have been aware that Neale was a shoo-in just from watching games. A lot of the night's mystique has been lost.Just that there would be a much fairer, more astute spread of votes, and often a closer count e.g. a magnificent defender like the all-time great, Alex Rance, may have a chance.
Port had 17 and Carlton 15, but point taken.Richmond had the most individual vote getters with 15, speaks volumes about spreading the load.
