Brownlow Voting Scrutiny

How the hell didn't Scott West win this year? He polled 17 votes and yet didn't get any when he was putting in blinder after blinder.

The most ripped off player ever, Brownlow-wise I reckon.

If the umps continue their slide, so will the prestige of this medal (as per the other thread - Goldspanker for the GF? The man is a performing clown)
 
I spent some time critically analysing each umpire's vote and noticed that the votes for each match goes to the 3 players who last touched the ball in the match. The umpires memories only go that far, and it explains why Bowden didnt get any votes, he's played terribly in the last minute of every game.
