Thought one of the best things to come out of the win was Brown's impact even though he had a quiet night overall.

Looks on the verge of a good season and adds that touch of class to our forward half that we so badly need.

Fully fit has the potential to be a matchwinner........something we sadly lack.

Agreed, any wins in the first 10 weeks are a bonus cos' I feel this team will really take some big leaps and bounds in the 2nd half of the year on the back of guys like Browny, Simmonds and a whole bunch of youngsters who will continue to improve.

Richo is going to have to play a mighty first half of the year to keep us in some of these games but hopefully he gets support from Polak, Johnson, Foley, Tuck etc. If these guys lead the way early in the season it takes the pressure of Lids, Bling and these other young guys so they can develop their games at their pace without feeling that the team can't win until they do.

Spot on Juffa. If Polak, Simmonds and co stand tall early in the year the confidence boost should help the young guys advancement markedly.

Brown started off slowly but got better as the game went on.Should be in for a good year.

We were just discussing Nathan. Who were his opponents? Thought Thornton was on him and maybe Scotland but it's hard to tell when you're not watching at the ground.

Yep. Thornton was on him and did a pretty good job. But When ever Browny got the ball he used it well.
That goal really sparked the side into action

When Browny went into the middle he turned the game. Two of the 3 goals he kicked were awe-inspiring. That's the great thing about Browny, he can have a relatively quiet game but still be very influential.
