Browny on 10 news.

If Connors can/could get his act together, he could be the ideal replacement for Brown.

Who cares what Naif said, it's not as if what he says will have any impact on the club.

Agree, Connors has the potential to be an A grader, 1st tier player or whatever lingo ya wanna call it.

GPB does Connors have the Tambling potential?

Look seriously though I really hope that Connors can make it, like I hope that every bloke on the list will, but he's been around 3 years now and still doesn't seem to have grasped the albeit limited opportunities he's had.

If he applies himself, he may. Connors does have the potential but will need to do alot of work mentally and physically. Tambling is a family man these days, a good head on his shoulders, man with a view of the future, and has done the hard yards on both capacities that Connors lacks. As for Connors, time is running out, time for him to pull his finger out and figure out what he wants to do with his life.

Wouldn't bother me if he was talking as an outsider rather than a representative of the RFC and we weren't paying his salary.

Will be an outsider and wont be representing the Tigers for too much longer so I'm sort of over it. It all fell apart when Browny broke his leg. Regardless of his ego he was a top class player before then but just couldn't get the consistency back after that. A shame but let's face it wasn't going to be the difference between Tiger glory and the failure we've been instead.

Connors is so far off being anywhere near Nathan Brown it's not funny. The guy barely makes a ripple at Coburg level.

NG Brown really bloomed in his fourth season.
Dan's absolutely a long way from any comparisons atm, but I am hoping Dan can improve plenty next season with an uninterrupted pre season and a new coach.
Big year for him in '10.

If my memory serves me correctly NGBrown hit the scene in his first year getting close to BOG's, he came up against us in his first year and absolutely tore us a new one on the MCG that sunny Saturday afternoon.

Connors needs to get up much early these days.

Reading between the Lines Brown was actually saying."Id love to play under Mick Malthouse"
next week it will be Ross Lyon
Week after Mark Thompson

The club is letting Browny is do a lot of media and set himself up as an analyst for his post footy career, fair enough too.

I don't mind Brownie in the media, much than on the pitch these days

As long as he's on radio because I can't stand to look at that hair thing on his head.
