Can anyone fill me in on Browny and how he's training?

Actually any training at all - I'm soooo footy deprived.. ???

I can tell you they have a skills session at 11.00.am tommorrow at Punt Road.

Get down there and have a kick to kick with Browny and let us know how he's going. (Especially if he's hitting his targets.)

I was at the Gaming & Hospitality expo at Jeff's shed on Tuesday (work related junket), Browny was signing stuff at the Cashcard stand, so I had achance to get stuff signed for the kids, and chat to the man.

He said he's coming along fine, legs not troubling him much, and he's kicking the ball.

He also added that all the guys are training hard, very keen for the season ahead.

Pretyy much pat answers for the benefit of a supporter, but he seemed to move OK when he left, and no sign of crutches.

He impressed as a very genuine guy, happy to give up his time, and speak to the queue of people waiting for a minute of his time.

Thanks BigW.

Despite the positive reassurance....i think we should all NOT expect too much from him during the first half of 06.

He's a good bloke allright. i got a chance to have a brief chat to him at one of the games at the dome this year pre match. Lots of time for the faithful our Browny :clap

Polo and Hall are flying. Limbach is on the improve. Pattison has put on a few kg's (6 I think) and is very fit.

Hartigan has done a quad.

Can someone please explain why the club is letting Brown play in a social cricket match even if he is batting with a runner?
