OK, so we all accept that AFL is a business - but how much precedence should this take over the crux of the matter, the reason we support RFC - the footy itself?

Through occasional dealings with the club over the years I've come across *some* employees who don't bother replying to emails and letters (and not rabid, frothy, rude tirades - genuine, politely written enquiries and such). In a way we pay these peoples' wages with our continued, remarkably unflagging financial support, yet the vibe received is that we're a bunch of annoying ferals and they'd rather we were just seen and not heard. But only at the games.

There's much talk of a loser culture at the club - surely this is something to be weeded out at ALL levels? Does everybody who works at the club follow the Tigers passionately? They should.

Perhaps when passion permeates every single being at the club there may be a march towards a better attitude on and off the field?
