i rewind the clock back to 1979........and i was witness to Jimmy Jess,s huge kicks,,,man could he roost a ball and Micheal Roach just kicking a lazy 7 or 8 goals against the Bombers at Windy Hill........and then I shifted to Hervey Bay for a while whilst Richmond were thrashing and bashing everyone else......and they kicked 34 goals against the saints in a game.........and tony jewell had a bit of a stoush with Percy jones.......I thought Tony went a bit too easy on that filth ......he should have kneed him in the jewel case that would have fixed him......does anyone else remember the year that was before 1980?And Im tellin yas for free......if Michael Roach was playing today under the rules,he would have kicked 300 goals in a season....EASILY.........
