I for one, do not want Eade or Wallace at Tigerland.

I doubt either of them are the answer, those players have to start being accountable.

And poor Duncan, I nearly cried when he limped off.

Yesterday was a classic example of being out coached. We went forward they spoiled from behind...had crumbers in numbers front and square and ran it out of defence by linking up and running hard out of defence. Just played accountable football by finding an option most times they went forward. We had several opportunities with turnovers in the last quarter, but what did we do. Bomb it long. Surely there much have been options open with them running forward when the turn over occured.

How can duds like WHITNALL and MURPHY find time and space time and time again. No accountability.

We got killed out of the midfield yesterday with Cogs playing a lone hand. Our midfield is just to depleted with injuries with JOHNSON, CAMPBELL, BLUMFIELD all out.

Thought Fiora looked okay yesterday with a bit of run, but didn't have to many mates.

Tiggy Tam there are not to many options available.

Unless we go for another untried senior coach which is exactly what we cant afford to do.

I personally think WALLACE would be good for the boys. Encourages an attacking style of football, and encourages players to take risks. Also concentrates on skills a lot which couldn't exactly hurt us could it.

Wallace is the guy for me.

Great tactician, great motivator and gets the most outta his players, he got an ordinary bulldogs outfit to a kick of the grand final, and is good with the youngsters.

Sheedy too old, Lambert??maybe the romance of the thing would be good and his experience has been exceptional, look at Laidley and Worsfold and Roos, he could do the same, Eade, no thank you, no way!

Their is only one person who can stop a membership slide of 25%:- Sheedy.

I don't know if Lambert would want to leave Brisbane. The weather, for one, would be a good reason to stay up north. 8)

Speaking of the weather, how cold was it in Melbourne?? 11 degrees - brrrr. We had a rather warm 24 on Friday with a cooler 23 on Saturday. 8) 8)

It wasn't cold at the game at all Julz. The blizzard conditions didn't eventuate.
I'd prefer to live in Antarctica than Queensland any day.

I agree with Diggler, the Messiah must come home after too long an absence.

Sheedy would guarantee 30,000 members, besides encouraging a swag of sponsorship/s and ex-players (read KB!!!) to Punt Rd.

eade?? no way
lambert? im sick of trying these untried coaches
wallace??? only if we can get nathan brown

sheedy or bust for me thanks, he will stop our membership rot, he has indicated that a return to richmond for unfinished business would be nice if the chance ever came, unfortunately we need to press this issue because he is happy at essendon, hopefully they will have a crap year and want a change of coach.

sheedy is the one for me

possibly wallace

thats it

Its disturbing that when it comes to sheedy people keep mentioning 30,000 members..

I would hope coaching appointments made in the future would be based on merit and whats best for the club and not popularity.

Also don't call sheedy or anyone else for that matter the messiah. Its Looking for a messiah ie someone to emulate Greame Richmond/Tom Hafey that has held the club back for the last twenty years.

The problem Skyfire if our membership drops below 20,000 and it will if Mr Potato Head coaches us for another season, we will start making losses and wont be able to afford decent players.
Do you really believe that Lambert or Eade will generate optimism with the disgruntled? Or, Wallace, maybe?

is this a richmond fan site or a richmond hate site?
all i've seen here recently is constant bagging of players/coach/club by so called "richmond fans"
yes the last few weeks have been heart renching for us. On a personal level work commitments meant that yesterdays game was the first and last this season that I was able to get to, so I feel gutted that we lost.
yet all I see here is the coach is no good, the players are hacks and we should trade them all....
you all complain about lack of commitment from players/coach etc. yet do you people ever think that some in the club might read this forum. if we cant be commited and loyal to the club, how do you expect the players/coach to be commited.

go danny
go boys
go tiges

Oh sorry...the team is excellent and Frawleys is fantastic. I am looking forward to another September in the garden watching the hired help.........in fact Frawley has another year to go on his contract. If I were Clinton casey I would negotiate to extend his contract beyond next year.
I heard the hammer heads were looking for a new coach, we wouldn't want them to trump us

I'm all for sharing honest opinions whether they are positive or negative. That's life, no use pretending things are great when they're not.

There's a big difference between that and the endless bagging though. You've got to wonder if some people get any pleasure out of barracking for Richmond at all.

One thing's for sure, a Richmond loss always converts to plenty of traffic on the message board. Pity people didn't post so much after a win.

Go Tiges.....I'm having withdrawal symptoms from that winning feeling.

yep no worries, sack spud just like the 10(?) other coaches over the last 20 years. and look at the roaring success that has followed for the last 20 years of constantly sacking coaches and eating our own

You sound like a typical feral supporter wallowing in mediocrity mickctiger. Remember it has been 21 years since we played in a grand final and with clowns like you and your dogooder approach, it will be another 21 years of crap.

Here here Diggler you are a breathe of fresh air........if it were business he would have been sacked by now and my theory you keep sacking them until you find one that is good enough to do the job they are paid for.
