If Campbo thinks he has what it takes to coach us next year lets see him take on Coburg for the rest of the year.

Imagine if he took the job and failed at VFL level.
Hmmmmmmmm abit like Tattslotto....One can only dream ;D

From the wraps that Cambo gets ???, the club should test him out at the Coburg level. Give him his own team & check out what he can do.

It will be foolish to make a decision on reputation next year without even testing his ability. This is the perfect scenario to give him his own team to coach in the interim and see what he can do. RFC has a golden oppotunity to do what is right for the club and not for an individual.

Imo Adam ??? who coaches the Burger's 2s might be worth a try. He seems to go alright with them. David Bourkecan the take over his role.

Whoever coaches Coburg now, should be instructed to play the same gameplan as Rawlings IMO.Campbell is not the one because he will only upset the apple cart for his own purposes.

I don't understand - why would you want him to fail? Surely team success is the most important thing - regardless of who's at the helm. If Campbell remains our midfield coach I hope he succeeds at it.

Why? Because that would be good for the club.

I suspect the argument is that if Campbell is shown to be a failure coaching Coburg, it will damage the club less than him being shown to be a failure coaching Richmond.
