Is it because they players are confused about the gameplan?

Are they just lazy?

Are there too many frontrunners / passengers in the team?

I just cannot forigve the lack of physical presence all over the ground, the way the heads drop as soon as the opposition get a run on, and the lack of urgency. Its time for those with no phyiscal presence, who lay no tackles and basically sit on the outside of the pack to be banished until further notice. We all know who they are no need to name names.

Due to having a coach who doesn't seem to think that sort of stuff is important consequently doesn't make
an effort to ingrain it into our side...

The players need to be shown this game over and over next week to see how Carlton put pressure on all over the ground, they never stopped tackling and chasing, putting us under so much pressure. We had 3 inside 50 tackles to Carlton's 20.

Carlton wanted it more than we did.......... it applies to most things in life.....

I'll be the first to point out what many more will say.

It's a trait of Wallace coached teams.

Combination of player mindset and game plan of coach. The latter point influences the first. Won't change until coach changes his outlook and game plan or until he goes. You choose Terry!!

But the Captain was one of the main culprits tonight. It was a very pedestrian effort by about 18

Their pressure is terrible. Even if you cant play footballl, you cant kick, you cant whatever everyone should be able to apply a sheppard to tackle.

Mentally & physically we have players who are not able to apply pressure.

No game plan means no cohesion (as Carlton was perfect with tonight).

GREG MILLER< TERRY WALLACE < BRIAN ROYAL< KING>

ONe is gone now the others must go as well.

Barlett & Sheedy installed as caretakers, as we try con Hardwick or Buckley to the club :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl
We are *smile* who in their right mind would want to coach us

I think they folded under the expectation. Not being able to cope with pressure leads to indecision, poor decision and poor disposal. All these things improve when the stressful factors are removed. Its not that we have players that have poor disposal it's that we have players that can't remain calm under pressure. The mistakes are the give aways.

Nicely put, we tried to play a zoning game and when we do that we forget to do the man on man tough stuff. Its happened in the past. Wallace should know by now to keep the game plan simple until we have a reservoir of confidence and belief behind us.
