Can someone explain that 2nd Quarter.

I was quite happy with commitment and effort showed by the boys Today.

For most of the match.

But that second quarter we fell into our same old self.

Our disposal, our lack of 1%'s - basically we looked like a very tired footy side.

The rest of the match was very pleasing, and until we can stop even that 1 bad bad quarter we will struggle to win a game.

Was it all due to us or was it simply a case of WC being able to coast for most of the game but step it up when they felt like it.


In regards to the game I am just a little amazed how our 2nd qurter was so different.

If thats the case he sure did infect the whole team - as there was little to no rebounding out of the backline - something we did very very well in the first quarter.

We stopped running in the second quarter, lost momentum and rarely threatened after that.

definetley where we lost the game, but probably less to do with us and more to do with how well the eagle midfield just took control

Bowden is starting to get worse again with his stupid stab passes and 'handball dummies' (?).

After playing shootout footy the Eagles looked at the scoreboard at quarter time and realised it wasn't working.
