With Voss almost certain to take on the Carlton job it seems increasingly likely that we may lose our one and only development coach - Craig the Fly Mcrae - to the blues as a full assistant to Voss.
Should we try and keep him by upgrading him to a full assistant or let him Fly?

I think we need some continuity, especially with the message we are trying to get to the young blokes and should definitely do everything we can to keep him.
