That Brett Deledio has played 40 games already! It seems like only yesterday that he made his debut! He is getting some serious experience under his belt now, as well as Tambling, who has notched up 30 games.

this man is a freak, getting way more attention this year and look at his stats... they are still on the rise! cant wait till his 22-26 in his prime.
you gotta remember he's still only 19 or 20!

will win a brownlow!

Thought he might have been treading water for a bit there, but his last month has been impressive and quite prolific. When he gets that goalkicking and the odd decision making glitch (see open goal "attempt" v Lions) he's gonna dosome damage. More than happy.

People expect the best first-year players to become superstars overnight, but they generally find the going much tougher in their second season. Lids has progressed OK this year without setting the world on fire, and he'll still be only 19 when next season starts. 2008-9 should be when he starts being compared on equal terms with accomplished players, without reference to his age.

Hi last month has been good.

Still needs to improve his kicking and when he does do his burst and takes players on and is within range , go for goal !

Tambling is coming along just nicley thankyou

Big years expected next year from both of them

He is the next 300 gamer for the club and he is a brownlow medal winning player. Can't wait to see him play from 2008 onwards.

He will mature at 60 games and at about 22... bar injuries. He is a professional and totally focussed on the team and performance. He played a great game as a loose around the back line on Saturday and has proven to be a a true utility/versatile.
We need to ensure we can keep him!

This is my only complaint with Lids and it's a small one at that.

Back yourself young man!

His disposal will get better with time.

Last couple of games has looked much better when he has shown a willingness to take em on and run. :clap

Looks much more at home with this style of gameplan and I will not be the first to object to a bit more of it son. ;)

it's as though his instincts don't concur with team rules or instructions; is the only reason I can imagine for his hesitation when within range

All this comes with experience. I agree, 60 games (2008) and we will begin to see exactly what we have got. Same goes for Tambo, he's starting to do those little things on a regular basis.

interestingly he has the most bounces of anyone in the team.
total of 68 per year

he is 10th in the league on this stat.

had an amazing 15 bounces last week!!!!!http://www.pro-stats.com.au/psw/web/player_rankings?yr=2006&rt=LT&fc=E11
