The Lions have confirmed Browny will be the SOLE Captain at Brisbane.

Big shock. ::)

I'm sorry, I know all the speaches and lectures about what's wrong with having more than one leader, and it's better to share the load la de da da...but that's what you have a leadership / support group for.

5 Captains was ridiculous, utterly unneccesary. If you can't determine one leader from a unit there is something wrong with your General.

Nice to see Voss get rid of the modern nonsense and go back to common sense.

Brown was always the genuine leader anyway. Sensible decision by Voss.

Voss will be a return to an old fashioned coach IMO. Straight down the middle, no B.S. will be clear and decisive. Will remain to be seen how this approach will interact with the modern game.

Pretty easy choice for mine. All this nonsense about multiple Captains and 8 in the leadership group is crap. One Captain, one Vice captain and one Deputy Vice Captain. That's it, those three are your entire leadership group.
