PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

This is obviously no surprise to many of the well informed posters on PRE, but I have been given a small piece of inside information from a mate who closely linked within Carlton.

In simple terms he said to me that:

a) Carlton are expecting this to be a very close game for 2.5 qtrs.

b) But they believe we will have to use far more energy to "keep" in the game - particularly if our turnovers are prominent.

c) As the game changes in their favour - more of their dubutants will be utilised extensively off the bench.

d) They believe their debutants and overall fitness, will be the driving point in the last qtr.

From my point of view, if we have any sort of ascendency toinight earlier on - we have to capitalise on everything.
