Cats get up over crows

Realism is a bit short around here. Let's face it the Cats were dead stiff against the Swans last year and would have given the flag a big shake. Rather than spit the dummy, like Cat sides of the past(and others closer to home), they have regrouped and are playing attacking, positive football all over the park.
The NAB final was a great game with the Cats deserved winners. Mooney was brilliant, as were their two small half-forwards Chapman and Ablett.

Does Bummer Thompson realise that as every team has degraded this boring cup competition, then the award means absolutely nothing (eg Carlton in 2005) and in that case more pressure will be placed on his team to prove that they aren't just March premiers.

Great performance by the Cats against a quality team. They are well coached and still have lots of senior players still to come into the side....they will have another very good yr....perhaps even better than last yr.
