Hawks to win. Too much potency up forward. Four players capable of kicking enough goals to win and half a dozen players capable of knocking Bartel or Selwood into next week. Mooney is a hack and Geelong are beleiving ther own publicity about them being great, much like Essendon did when the Lions rolled them. The cats are a very good side, but for me, not in the class of the great Hawks of the 80's and Lions of the 00's.
Why I want hawks to win? because I am backing them at $2.90 to win and if they do win, putting the winnings in a 12 month term deposit and using it to see the tigers finals campaign in 2009

Geelong for me. While Hawthorn used to be my "second team" and even supported them for about 2 weeks in a fit of rage when I was about 8 years old, I just cannot handle the arrogance of the present day Hawks supporters. They seem to have a massive chip on their shoulder especially with us. I think they really hurt when they are not mentioned in the Big 4, whatever that really means.
