A good point Rhett, but to hear people in the crowd laughing at it and deriding it was embarrassing.

If we had embraced it as supporters every second person would have been wearing it. Only a few, scattered here and there.
 
Missed the vote, but would have voted 'sucked bigtime' if the option had been there.

I was undecided before the game, but seeing the players on the ground kitted-out like that was a big turn-off.

For the simple reason, that we were celebrating 100 years in the VFL.AFL- and 100 years that's the guernsey we wore.
It was before the sash was introduced - so again it highlights the history of 'yellow and black' and how it evolved on the jumper over the years.

You have to remember, Hawthorn wasn't in the League in 1908- so back then our guernsey was unique colour wise.

You're not alone Rhett. I quite liked it too. In fact I like most of the "alternative" jumper designs except for the Hawks pre-season jumper of 95(?) and the Dees clash strip of this season.
