Change the culture now, not at year's end

The board have been great in my opinion. They have reduced debt and brought stability to the club.

They cannot be blamed for our on field woes as they did not appoint Wallace or Miiller.

The ball is in their court now, once the MYR is delivered give Wallace the boot and appoint Sheedy for the rest of the year.

How hard can it be?

I don't know anymore, the club do things over and over again. How many times have they attempted to start over again? Coaches are appointed, they promise all sorts of things and nothing ever seems to work. I'm starting to wonder if anything ever will.

Let Sheedy ........remove the negativity from the players heads.

Previously I wanted us to keep Wallace till the end of year, let him suffer like we have. No easy outs.

Over the last couple of weeks i have changed my mind. Our kicking is terrible with chip kicks now the norm, up in the air with no confidence we can hit a target. Poor leads cos no-one kicks to a lead etc. The bad habits could soon become permanent. Most are built on a lack of confidence and negativity. I think this has been built by Wallace not trusting the players to beat their man so we must only kick to a loose man and lack confidence when forced to kick (eventually) to a contest.

We need to remove Wallace at the midyear. We need to replace him with someone from outside the current coaching staff with no personal agenda for the future.

It still sticks in my mind that the best game Newman has played was in an international team coached by Sheedy.

It is silly to suggest one person, even the coach, can turn RFC around.

The club has turned so many well credentialed football people into laughing stocks. Anyone that thinks Sheeds could change this up is simply delusional....
