I recall in 1988 under KB we played the reigning premier Carlton in a pre season night match and knocked them over comfortably.
Then, in the real stuff, we knocked them off, causing the biggest boilover of the season. It was our first win over them since 1983, breaking a long run of outs which included some almighty thumpings.

I know Dermie annoys a lot of people but I reckon for the most part he gives the most in depth and astute observations in the game of footy. Call him a pig or whatever but he has the best footy mind in the media. He is the Charles Barkley of football- some find him a joke/stupid... others find him the most insightful and knowledgable observer in the game.

A bit off topic guys but expect a very scrappy game today with skill not being the ultimate decider of this one. I live about 15 minutes from the ground and it's blowing it's tits off. I believe this will favour us more than the cats.
