Changes v Cats

Happy to see Geelong miss the finals, but would be even happier to see them bundled out of the finals with a trouncing defeat.

Would be even better if was at the G when they are the home team.

He didn’t take his chances and he couldn’t run out the game, which leaves him level par with Bolton, and that got Bolton dropped after one week. He was hobbling around the boundary during the third quarter, I thought he was injured but I think he just had the full body can cramp! He couldn’t have dropped into a tougher game to run out, but I’m not sure next week will be any better. Out for mine.
Bakes had way more input into the game against Colonwood than Bolton had against St Kiddinme, n the quality of opposition was far superior.

Stengle's the invisible man here. Hasn't been selected because of his tankyet he wasn't as obviously gassed as Baker when he played. Did he simply not chase as much in those games he did play? Otherwise he should have been getting a game.

The pundits say the Catters are on a roll & back on track. They the Catters lost to Bullies , beat a poor Swan outfit , lost to Crows say no more , beat a cold feet D lot, then got an unconvincing win against the immature Lions . Aint much upside of that except the four pointers the accrued .Houli due back in & maybe Grimey could take over from Griggy when Nackers is on the bench.

Prestia has injured ribs after that clash with Varcoe and may not get up for this week. Hope he does though; he's an extremely valuable player for us.

Did he play against the cats last game?

Out Towner
In Moore.

Seriously, Towner is the most overrated player on our list IMO.

Happy to give Baker a run of games until Butler is back.

Don't really disagree with the proposed change, but I think he is rated exactly where he is at. A willing battler with a potential to physically hurt the opposition. I think he generally does his bit, but his pace worries me. And I love Moore's pace, geez he is fast, both off the mark and over the turf.

You are right, Bolton did nothing against the Saints, bit hard from the grandstand though !

He played I think it was the week before against the Giants, and they are going ok at the moment.

I’m not saying we should play Bolton, I thought they were equally uninspiring, although I don’t blame them necessarily. They are still just kids.

I just like to see the new shiny toy held to the same standards as the old one. I thought Stengle should have got a chance the week before after kicking a bunch of goals in the VFL.

Who comes in to play midfield for Prestia? Maybe Miles although is the AFL now past him? Hopefully not Cellis; he's not up to it unfortunately.

Not a lot to chose from to be honest. Miles , Lloyd ? Do we bring Moore in & play Caddy more midfield time ?
