Regardless of who comes in there is one situation we must, must avoid.
Stop and man up against those loose Cats who last time got so many cheap possessions.
Did my mind in that did.
Surely if there is a loose Cat somewhere then where is his opposition Tiger?
That is their game plan.
Chip it around to loose players until an opening appears further up the ground.
Boring to watch but was effective against us last time.
Have to curb that!!

Exactly GS1.....have someone sit on Stewart and make him accountable and make him defend. Him floating free, does my head in.

Three talls in the forward line might help with that if Chol goes up forward

Castagna out - not because of form but because twice he burnt teammates (in fact may have been Jack both times) trying to kick miracle goals. We built premierships by celebrating team success and not worrying about who kicked goals.

Outs - Martin, McIntosh (inj), Castagna (omt)

Ins - Caddy to play Dustys role, Ross, and one of the young kids.

if Astbury misses the cupboard is so bare...

Yes, I reckon Cotch on Stewart.
I dont mind that idea.

Parker would be a good match too with his height he can beat him overhead and have the pace and agility to stay with him.

Stewart is more important to stop than most others.

Pickett can take Smith and bash him all game.

Caddy would crawl over broken glass to play against his old Catters especially that flog Sellwood. Got to man up Stewart & I would luv to see George on him.

Instead of dropping George, I would drop Aarts. But otherwise I agree. The sub for me would be Ralph Smith.

Cameron will not play. Rohan is a chance to return.
I’m talking about the finals not this round. If we don’t have Balta and Broad we lack options for the match ups if they have all their forwards available.
