Old mate Tupperware Dixon, just an old fashioned plastic tough guy. There's been a few of them over the years, big, hard n rugged players crashing n bashing their way through games. But only when no-one's looking, n they are usually nowhere to be found when someone is needed to stand in the hole or put in the big effort to change the course of a game.

It's just the media who believe the Dixon legend of him being a tough guy, every punter knows he's a plastic tough guy, flat track bully.

Dixon is as weak as *smile*. The most overrated player in the AFL. His actual record belies the myth that the media fan boys have created; especially that Chupa Chup Hudson.

Big Charlie!! *smile* off.

Just checked out his stats. He is a key position so called big “ power” forward. He has played nearly 200 games. He has failed to kicked at least 50 goals in a season. Never!!! He has only kicked 5 goals or more in a match a handful of times in his career. When is the media going to call out this fraud of a player. His main “talent” is taking out unsuspecting players and “acting” tough

Seriously, if Dixon doesn’t get suspended, Vlaustin should sue the AFL for making it an unsafe workplace for him. They would be sending a signal out to every opposition player that you can take out Floss and no need to worry about any consequences. Just ask dangerflog
It's obviously not a reportable offence, and he certainly made Tigga pay the price for standing there. Great courage from Vlaustin.

Check out the replay. He takes his eyes off the ball , could have pulled out, keeps proceeding to charge into vlastuin’s back
Yeh, it should have been a free at least. They missed a couple like that. Jack gets penalised everytime he flies and misses.

He makes a clear attempt to jump at the ball. There is no way he'll be reported for that. He's doing what big forwards have been doing for a century.

Agreed David,

He's a thug, but tell me a forward that doesn't want to kill the bloke standing in the hole.

Plugger made a career out of it.

And Lynch nearly ended Allirs night in the same manner.

Vlastuin gets injured cos he's fearless. Hope he's ok, but that won't get weeks.

So? He makes a clear attempt to jump at the ball.
Ok. He originally was going for the mark. I agree. THEN, he took his eyes off the ball and wasn’t going for the mark. That’s a charge or unrealistic attempt. His only intention then was to take vlastuin out, not to mark the ball

He's got tatts too.
Though they're *smile*. Looks like George may have done some of them.

“They look lost against Dixon.” - David King after Dixon kicked his 2nd, after getting a Josh Jenkins in the goal square from Finlayson.
1 good mark on the lead and 1 freebie.

They were his only disposals in the 1st. He had 1 kick in the 2nd.

He is strong, and does a great angry face, but he has to be close to the most overrated footballer in the AFL.

yeah he's a foil masquerading as a power forward. The fact he isn't much chop as a number 1 forward, when he's fit, is a big reason Port were not quite there. He's got a good manager, and nose as you say, he's managed to get paid like he's Wayne Carey, for 10 years, when he is more your Craig Scholl.

Same with Wines, good player and you'd be happy to have him as supporting cast to the real stars, but just not quite the star he's made out to be. I've never seen him grab a game by the throat.

Just checked out his stats. He is a key position so called big “ power” forward. He has played nearly 200 games. He has failed to kicked at least 50 goals in a season. Never!!! He's a massive fraud. Averages about 1.7 goals per game across a career where, at worst, he's been 2nd banana and for much of it the no. 1 key forward.

If he was a few inches shorter he would've been out of the AFL years ago.
