CHB and CHF 2008???

Hey, leave Muscles McGuane out of it. Can't you see he's become a monster of a key defender.

You are sooooo cheap Harry! Your first man-crush may be in the coffin, but his body is still warm! How about a little mourning period before moving onto your next beau?

No doubt you would have shipped them off with your other two whipping boys of earlier years Polo and Foley.

You are batting about . 000050 ATM . I suggest more prudence be excercised in your excision prognostications.

Yep well done Lambsy ..... like i was the only one on this site who cast doubts on Polo from what was seen early of him , but even so Dean is not a superstar yet is he however with all the carry on on this site you would think he was.

As for Foley i said he was very short and had my doubts but once again so did the majority of this site whove all put their hands up and acknowledged such fact as i have so get another arguement and put your balls on the block from time to time, its easy to lay low hide and snipe in hindsight when after all is proven said and done.

He's barely played forward so how the *smile* would you know? Like I said I prefer him forward to Schulz, at least he'll work his arse off around half forward and the centre to get possessions.

Schulz is a waste of time and Pattison is a second ruck especially at the moment as i see it to be honest.

Ive watched Pattison at traing in drills moving the ball from defence to forward line and the kid needed Brian Taylor to tell him where to run where to lead and when to lead every time the ball came forward.

Natural Forwards dont need someone to do that.

Pattison works hard no doubt but i still think the kid is a limited footballer.

Could end up being a Benny Gale type .... could be ....... but the kid doesnt strike me as having that amount of impact on a game to be honest time will tell on Adam.

The kid is a worker no one could go him for that and he did a wonderful job as 1st ruck last year in fact went above and beyond his stage of development.

I prefer the kid as a second ruck in front of the likes of Cartledge and i just do not see him as a prime Key Forward.

Things may change ..... but i doubt it.

Lie low on Foley - get serious - the historical posts are there for all to see and my sig before last season started was "Foley for Captain"

Give me break Craigybabes. Your problem is if a player is not 195cm plus with knuckles dragging on the floor, they are considered a liability or a 'flanker'. If we went back and looked at the list of uncordinated heffalumps you have championed in various drafts we'd now have a 'herd' not a 'team'.

PS You actually wrote off Polo in May 2005 about 6 games in to his first season - amazing crucifixion of a young kid starting out if memory serves me right.

That's the intriguing thing about Sir Les. He looks ungainly and some of his kicks are downright embarrassing but (unless it is all a huge coincidence) every time he played well this year, the team did well (comparatively).

When was that? As someone else said he was the Under 18 AA CHF so he must have some idea.
