well with that attitude what hope do we have for the future. We need to be able to snag a player like Judd just so we believe that we are on the way up again. We need hope too you know but at the moment we keep getting **smiled*** up by all and sundry - cant sell our dud players and cant attract the good ones - where then does that leave us? There's always hope TL but a bit of reality helps. I wanted Judd but given our current/perpetual state why would he choose to come here out of 10 clubs in Victoria? Not sure why this should be held against him?

I don’t know who the all and sundry that are **smiling** us are? Is it Carlton? The AFL? Brad Ottens? Is it the small section of extreme supporters who think its okay to literally dump sh!t on our doorstop when things are tough? You know the ones. The pull together types who think they’re the only ones disappointed, frustrated and angry. Who think a bit a grandstanding and a swing of the axe will make everything better.

Maybe we need those same supporters who insist they have the answers running the show. Those who don’t want to trade our draft picks but then expect blood out of a stone at the trade table from our poor playing stocks. How nothing but speculation is enough to overhaul and remove key personal 6 weeks out from the most important part of our development.

I bet the scum are top of the world now as well, I bet they enjoy it that much more when they see our answer to missing out is to scream cheats and look to lop off the head of another Richmond person.

Still sounds like sour grapes to me AT. How did you want him to go about coming to Victoria? Should he not have met clubs based on his own personal criteria? Just go into the PSD see where the wind takes him and burn the club where he was a premiership captain in the process. Maybe he should have done it 'under the radar' which might of been a bit hard when every man as his dog wanted him or wanted to know what he was doing.

You don't care yet vilify him as a prostitute in a belgium shop window. Aren't those windows in the Netherlands? Anyway, you'd think after all the practice we'd be a little more gracious in defeat, particularly when we weren't even really in the race.

Mate tell me a player that comes out and says we are meeting this club and that club and then outlines to the media what that club needs to have for him to play there, c'mon give me a break. Yes, Josh was royally screwed by Carlton. Judd's ambivalence towards Josh's sacrifice is a disgrace. I have no problem him going to Carltank BUT the way he went about it was totally wrong. His manager was in Swans ear 6 months ago, not once but persistently according to Swan.
