Agree. That doesn't mean you can't admire the whole hearted committment he plays with but the word Champ is thrown around too liberally.

(Did I really read on another thread that that Michael Laffy was described as a Champion on The Mole? That makes me a serviceable player and I've never played a game!)

Its a very sad state of affairs at Tigerland indeed, when you see the heading of Chubba
and Champ in the same sentence.
A powerful reminder that our supporters tolerate mediocrity and are so used to watching
losers, that there judgement is clouded to label this journeyman a champ!!!
And journeyman is a very kind description as I've decided to not use the word DUD anymore!!!

Here here Diggler I was sitting here sipping fine wine and I did the unthinkable and spat some out when I read this post. A lot of the ferals have written how when they first saw him play they thought he wouldnt make it. Well they were right he shouldnt have made it, courage yes but lots of surburban hacks have courage and wont play AFL. Looking forward to another winter when he gets the ball and then stops and looks while the opposition man up. Thus causing yet another turn over.................I respect your efforts not to use that word Diggler but as another tortured season approaches you will be like a reformed alcoholic back on a bender the word will fly out of your mouth after every pitiful capitualtion........I will save you the trouble until then and sum him up ..........dud.
