I haven't paid much attention to the opposition club awards this year.  Can anyone tell me who won the best and fairest at their clubs please?

Richmond-Johnno
West Coast-Chris Judd
Collingwood-Alan Didak :o

Sydney - Goodes
Adelaide - Goodwin
P.Adelaide - Lade
Carlton - Whitnall
Essendon - Lucas
Brisbane - Black
Richmond - Johnson
North - Rawlings
Freo - Not done yet
Saints - Riewoldt
Geelong - Chapman
Melbourne - McDonald
Bulldogs - Not Done
Hawks - Not done yet
Collingwood - Didak
Eagles - Judd

Thanks heaps akha. I considered doing some searching but I have a mighty slow computer and knew my good friends here would help out if they knew the answers. :)

It's interesting that there are a fair proportion of captains who win the awards.

Complete list:

Sydney - Goodes
Adelaide - Goodwin
P.Adelaide - Lade
Carlton - Whitnall
Essendon - Lucas
Brisbane - Black
Richmond - Johnson
North - Rawlings
Freo - Pavlich
Saints - Riewoldt
Geelong - Chapman
Melbourne - McDonald
Bulldogs - Johnson
Hawks - Mitchell
Collingwood - Didak
Eagles - Judd

I'd have to say, out of all the bnf winners, ours is the most laughable.

oh, groan,

not all winners need to be running midfielders or ruckman or backmen....
The fact that we had Simmonds, Raines, J.Bowden who had 10 times better seasons. Just common sense.

True...but 6/8 of this years finalist had B&F winners who possess something special.

Only 2 Rosy??

Sorry interested maybe I should have been more pedantic and said players who've captained their clubs. Judd, Johnno, Riewoldt, Goodes, Lucas, Lade, Whitnall all come to mind for starters.

That was for the benefit of Wobbler friend who isn't exactly a big fan of Didak. As for him being clearly the Pies best player I'll take your word for that Jukes because I didn't see anywhere near all of their 22 games to know how he went.

Not in the opinion of the Richmond coaching panel. Pretty qualified group i'd think.

It's not about what PRE think or anyone else. It's the richmond football club coaching panel that decide our best and fairest and it was Kane Johnson there is no arguement about it.

Sugar may not have had the most aesthetically pleasing season but he has obviously done what TW and the boys have asked of him more often than not clearly giving him the right to the B&F.

WHITNALL

Johnson did have a fantastic second half. Could of been Raines, Simmonds, Bowden any of those four are fantastic player.

I tipped 13 of the 16 winners. Didnt tip-

Tigers - Had Simmonds

Bulldogs - Had West

Carlton - Had Fevola

Kangaroos - Had Thompson
