So, what was said?

Nothing we haven't heard before, but there was one thing he did say that was quite interesting and 100% correct.  It was his response to Greenburgs question regarding confidence and skill, whether both were inter-related.  Terry made the comment that execution of skill basically relies on the mechanics of the executor, but that it is also dependant on the amount of pressure you are under when executing it.  He said that the less confident you are the more pressure you will be under as you are less willing to run and carry and support and thus will less likely find yourself in the open spaces to have time and space to execute a pass.  When confidence is low you take less risks, are hesitant to run off your man and will most likely have to deliver in the face of a smother or a tackle.  This was a very good point he raised.
