I keep hearing about how the culture of the club is a bit messed up, and this is one of the reasons RFC has underperformed for 25+ years now.
I'd be interested to hear exactly what is meant by this. I simply cannot believe that we suffer from the same basic skill errors and lack of overall game plan that have plagued us for so long.. Both the players and coaches turn over - but the song remains the same.. I don't get it..
