Will Wallace be coaching Richmond in 2008?

I think he will as I don't think Richmond will be able to pay out his contract for the remaining 2 years. Very stupid decision by RFC giving a coach a 5 year contract!

If no, then who do you think will coach Richmond...

That'll depend on our injury status in the first 6 rounds of 2008. If the team reflects the same sort of performance as per 2007, then Wallert will be spat on gawn!

come 2009, everyone will praising Wallace for how he has turned the club around and be calling on the RFC to extend this contract half way thru the season.

Yes this is a stupid as the other topic Sheedy must coach the Tigers in 2008!!

You have no idea. Sheeds is a must for the Richmond 2008 coaching position.

Not when we are only just starting to make a profit & would have to pay Wallace out for 2 years giving the coaching job to a guy over 60!! I'm not saying to get get Sheedy in some role but not coach. You have no idea mate look at the big picture buddy!!

John Howard will quit politics to coach the Tigers if he loses the election.

You heard it here first.

................and Bracks will be the next CEO of the AFL. ;)

We should just turn the AFL into the new Australian Parliament.

Maybe when we become a Republic...

Not if he's appointed before December.  :P

I want to see Sheedy back at Richmond if it's at all workable, but not as coach. It would be the boost the club needs going into next year. He's seen constant success throughout his football life and knows how successful clubs operate. Richmond helped make Sheedy great; he can do the same for us.

Dream on

Wallace will coach 2008. Just hope he deosn't knee jerk in this year's draft to save his skin

Wallace 2009, questionable & he knows it to. Must have positive results and or improvement next year or he will be gone

Wallace will still be coach in 2008, if no other reason than the club can't afford to pay him out and then somehow find the cash to recruit a decent, credible coach, that's if anyone wants to take on a club that jettisons it's coach when things go sour.
