Coaching- where do the shockers go next.

Reckon everyone would be of the same opinion on Chris Connollly's career this year. Finals or flick but I'm just thinking the shockers admin may have shot themselves in the foot by appointing Harvey and Shaw to assist Connolly this year.
The shockers have played like prima donnas for years, plenty of talent but no consistency so they got a couple of experts from the bummers to toughen them up mentally.
Trouble is nothing seems to have changed so if by years end they chop Connolly what do they do with his assistants that have failed to have an impact?
Appoint Harvs as senior coach, as many whispers rumoured was going to happen or do they clean out all the coaching and start again?

Don't know don't care but they mightn't be able to pick and choose as they like if other clubs opt for coaching changes at the end of the year too.

Not sure if a change in coach will change this rabble....probably help as Connoly is a knob.

I would suggest it might be hard Rosy even if all other clubs maintain ther coaching staff, I mean who is really available?


They would almost certainly have to go for Harvey or another rookie.

i liken connolly to dudley when they give him the flick and lets hope it not for yrs yet they will automatically improve for a short while. as a lot of the high paid duds they have will have to lift to save themselves from extinction..
